Issue status · Programs in preparation

No journal issues have been opened yet.

NiviScholar will not display empty volume shells or imply a publishing history before journal programs and their article records are genuinely active.

Issue-opening controls

An issue begins with verified records, not a placeholder number.

Issue publication will be a controlled close of editorial and production work. Each public claim must be backed by the exact article, contributor, decision, and file record it describes.

01

A verified editorial record

Every included article will need a traceable submission, assessment, decision, authorship record, and approved publication version before issue assignment.

02

A controlled production close

Metadata, article pages, files, disclosures, corrections policy, and accessibility checks must agree before an issue can be declared complete.

03

An honest issue identity

Volume, issue, date, contents, and citation information will appear only after the corresponding records exist and are approved for public release.

Opening sequence

What must be true before Issue 1 appears.

No advance issue claim

This status page does not represent a current issue, call for an issue, or guaranteed launch date. It exists to prevent a dead end while the journal system is being prepared.

  1. 01Launch an approved journal program with published scope, governance, and author policies.
  2. 02Complete editorial decisions and production checks for every included article.
  3. 03Verify authors, affiliations, disclosures, article metadata, and immutable public files.
  4. 04Confirm issue ordering, citation information, public pages, sitemap entries, and correction controls.
  5. 05Open the issue only after a named operator verifies the live public record.
