NiviScholar will not invite journal manuscripts before the relevant program, editorial policy, author guidance, and operating workflow are ready. The current active Article publication route is NiviScholar Insights.
Opening conditions
The invitation follows the infrastructure.
Authors should be able to see what a program is, how work will be handled, and which policies apply before they invest time in a submission.

Author instructions, declarations, file requirements, review policy, and decision procedures will be visible before any submission is requested.

Submission, review, communication, production, correction, and preservation controls must be tested as one accountable workflow.

The active route is Insights
Authors with an Article ready now can review BioLink, Circular, Groundwork, and LifeScope through NiviScholar Insights. That route is distinct from the future journal programs described here.

- 02Publish final author instructions, declarations, review policy, and ethics procedures.
- 03Validate submission, communication, review, revision, and production workflows end to end.
- 04Verify public metadata, file controls, corrections, and durable record handling.
- 05Announce an official submission route only after the launch checks are complete.
